Has anyone tried a RealtyUSA auction? There is a property around the corner that has one of their auction signs out and I can’t locate anything describing how they work it. Sealed bid? Online? In person?
I’ll post more if I find out.

WNY Handyman has been renovating property since the mid 1990's. We have done a number of renovation projects over the years and often share our experiences or renovation techniques. We have been in the business of flipping for fun and profit and provide advice based on our experiences.
Our site is geared toward the weekend warrior and the DIY'er. However, it is our experience that many "professional" contractors could use a little advice now and then.

One of the best real estate auction companies in the state. Live bidding on the actual property the day and time as listed on the sign. Go to the website and follow the link to the property info or attend an open house that may be scheduled. The terms will be listed there.
Howard,
Why would you post this if there isn’t a single property available for auction in the state?
