This isn’t a bargain, but it is certainly worth a look. As with many of the Marrano homes from the early 90’s, square footage was selected over upgrades. Vinyl flooring, standard cabinetry, etc. However, this appears to be a nice home in a nice neighborhood. You couldn’t build this home for less than $300,000 today.
When building, don’t forget to factor in your Landscaping and a Patio/Deck. You are looking at $5k-$20k for those 2 items.
