Orchard Park Duplexes
Looking to get into residential investment property in the Southtowns? The time to buy is when the market is soft. The buyer has the advantages. If you are in a position to purchase, and you are looking in the Orchard park area, take a look at these properties. The pricing is decent and the rents could probably move up a little bit (currently $750 each unit).

You might have trouble viewing the first listing at Loopnet. However, if that is the only place that it is being marketed (and not in the MLS), you could have a bargain on your hands.
