I finally have a completed project (nearly) for a home that we renovated in the Village of Lancaster. The home is located on a nice quiet street and is close to everything. This renovation was a complete gut job. Walls were removed, plaster came down, and in the end we have a really nice home.

There is no describing the feeling of space that you get from a house with ceilings higher than 8′. These ceilings are 8 1/2′ and the house feels huge. It is 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a modern floor plan. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were opened up to achieve a real bright and open first floor. There isn’t a surface that wasn’t replaced or refinished.
