Inexpensive Condo in Lancaster
If you are looking for a condominium or town-home in Lancaster, you probably already know that the short supply in this market keeps prices rather high.
Here is a condo that is located in a lower end development. They usually price at around $75k-$85k and this unit is well below that. I haven’t looked at the unit so I can’t give any indication of the condition of the interior. This could be a real steal for someone looking for a unit for their own use. This Lancaster condo is currently priced at $49,900 (6/11/2007).
