A Fixer-Upper in Williamsville
Our newest renovation project. This home has been neglected for a number of years. Leaking showers and tubs lead to extensive damage below. The October storm didn’t help with the landscaping and a vacant home doesn’t bode well for a sump pump that stops working. This should be a fun one. We will post some before and after pictures along the way. It is located in a great neighborhood, is structurally sound, and has 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms.

We have a challenge in bringing the look from 1970 to 2007, but we’ll get it done.
More information to come.

Jen, There were so many homes built in the late 60’s early 70’s in this style. This is on Countryside (off Birchwood).
