If you are looking to move into Lancaster, you know the supply of Condo’s is rather low. There are a couple of nice complexes and a couple that are a bit more like apartment living.
Towne Square is on Broadway, just East of Bowen, and generally prices in the $169k – $189k range. Here is a nice unit that is asking $149,900.
